I'm a prefect so , when we had a Leadership Camp few weeks before the school break , Madam Nidzra gave us a talk about COMMUNICATION SKILLS which is literally important not just in leadership but in our daily basis . I took some notes on the key points of the talk and I really think that sharing it is great though .

Some people have many problems to COMMUNCATE
There are 3 components of communication which are ..
VERBALthe words we have . what you SAY/WRITE
PARAVERBALhow we say the word . INTONATION . PRONUNCIATION . PITCHING
NON-VERBALbody language
EFFECTIVE verbal messages
Brief , succinct and organized
Free of jargons
Don't create resistance in listener
REMEMBER
WORDS sometimes KILL
Non-verbal messages
Postures
Gestures
Facial expression
Spatial ( writing )
